Before opening the truck repair service, he was an over-the-road truck driver. You can be confident he understands the pressures you face in the operation of your business and your concerns, and he knows how to get you back on the road as fast as possible.
Jocelyne Ducommun is the office manager at Ross Point Truck Repair. She works long hours to make sure the paperwork is caught up so you can get down the road as soon as possible.
Bill Christman is the service manager at Ross Point Truck Repair. He knows how to disagnose your troubles and write up your service order. He has worked his way up from the shop - but you will find him frequently in the shop, taking care of those details that need to happen to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
Jeremie Clermont is the assistant service manager. More than that, he is the go-to guy. He is the man who makes sure all your parts are ordered and that they arrive on time. He knows what is in inventory and makes certain everything is laid out for the mechanic who will be working on your vehicle.
Speaking of Mechanics: We don't have a page yet for the men who service your vehicle in the shop, but they are a dedicated team, and they are seasoned with us. We don't have a high turn-over, our mechanics stay with us for several years. As we said, they are a dedicated team and their interest is in your complete satisfaction - and getting your truck down the road.
